These cards define 5 vital behaviours for different job levels. For each behaviour there are 3 working definitions: 'On the up' (first 6 months), 'On form' (6-12 months) and 'On fire' (12-24 months). These working definitions define what a good job looks like. They enable individuals to consider how to make conscious and smarter choices about what they say 'yes' to and 'no' to. Having this appreciation transforms mentoring conversations. It moves them from 'searching for a needle in a haystack' - to pin-point accuracy and focus. Colleagues start asking for targetted insights and wisdom from their Mentor.
Creating a high performance culture starts with developing a winning mindset.
